By downloading, installing, or using Endgame ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App.

• Use the App to transmit any malware or viruses

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
